The implementation of this (learning) over the coming months has been critical as circumstances change and the negotiation goes through various evolutions … most important: we gained a signed agreement last month. We are using the disciplines not only to prepare our own negotiations, but also to coach our direct reports so they lift the standard of preparation and execution in their own negotiations.
