Caroline has worked extensively in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, in both large and mid-sized organisations, in a range of sectors from accountancy to a zoo. A sought-after speaker, she is able to put across ideas about the psychology of people at work in a straightforward and engaging way. She writes a popular blog on business psychology, which is written without “psychobabble”.

Prior to retraining as a psychologist, Caroline had a successful career in IT, including business analysis and project management. She brings something of the analytical approach used in IT to her work as a psychologist and is adept at getting to the heart of the matter.
