Henriane is a Senior Consultant with OPDC, facilitating Leadership Programmes and providing Executive Coaching. She brings over two decades of corporate, business management, consulting and coaching experience across continents and numerous industries.

Born and raised in Belgium, Henriane has lived and worked in the US, Singapore, India, the Middle East and the UK over the past 20 years. This has given her strong cultural appreciation. Henriane works both in English and French and speaks Dutch and Spanish.

Henriane has a passion for helping leaders explore their own preferences, and their teams’ and organizations’ complexities in order to enable real change, growth and success.

Henriane has an Executive Masters in Change and Organizational Psychology from INSEAD, Paris & Singapore and is an Associate Board Member, responsible for Inclusion and Belonging for the UK chapter of the International Coaching Federation
